Our Story
ProMold was founded on a simple observation: most mold remediation companies in the GTA use fear as a sales tool. Homeowners are shown alarming photos, given inflated scopes of work, and pressured into expensive remediation they may not need.
We built ProMold to be different. Our inspection-based approach means we assess what's actually there, report honestly, and only recommend work that's genuinely needed. If you don't have a mold problem, we'll tell you that — and save you thousands of dollars.
Every job is completed to certified industry standards. Every client receives written documentation. And every recommendation is backed by what we actually found — not what generates the biggest invoice.
MICRO (Mold Inspection, Consulting and Remediation Organization) is one of the most recognized certification bodies in North American mold remediation. The CMRC designation requires demonstrated competency in mold inspection, assessment, and remediation protocols.
The IICRC WRT certification from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification recognizes competency in water damage assessment and restoration. This credential is particularly valuable because water damage and mold are closely linked — understanding the source is essential to proper remediation.
Currently pursuing the IICRC MRS designation to further deepen technical expertise in mold remediation standards and protocols.
Pursuing the American Council for Accredited Certification CMR designation for additional professional recognition in mold remediation.
